The shopping center is located about fifteen kilometers from Toulouse in a rural, hilly and wooded environment. Surrounded by greenery, it is a Leclerc "in the countryside".
The project proposes above all a new facade whose purpose is to appease and unify the main vision of the building by giving it a real depth of landscape.
It consists mainly of terracotta shingles and vertical oak strips, natural production materials and widely used in the region.
These blades of wood will blend in with the foliage of trees planted in front of the plant strip over time.
Special care is given to the relationship of the user to the building in the essential route that leads him from the parking of his vehicle to the entry portal of the store. The parking area, very wooded, is articulated on 2 pedestrian walkways treated as gardens evolving with the seasons.
