The municipality of Chatelet-en-Brie is a small town that knew how to keep its countryside character while developing its urbanism. The shopping centre project is part of this landscape that is both urban and agricultural.

On a human scale, with its 2,500 m² of sales area, it also offers a few shops in its shopping arcade and a petrol station at the entrance of the site.

Special attention is paid to the pedestrians’ path towards the building, with a wood treatment of the outdoor structure, a pathway punctuated by wooden arches that guide visitors.

This legibility is perceptible in the treatment of the facades with the low volume of the shops and the mall covered with vertical wood slats and the high volume of the sales area treated with basalt gray vertical cladding.

This sobriety is also present inside the shopping centre, with a refined decoration in gray hues.
