Architecture contest for property purchase located in the ZAC “Grand Matabiau, Quais d’Oc” in the Raynal area in direct proximity of the station of Toulouse Matabiau. It is located in the urban heart of Toulouse Euro Sud Ouest (TESO) headed by EUROPOLIA.
This 13 000m² construction of offices block is an important project in terms of urban layout and the improvement of mobility by the SPL EUROPOLIA with a strong ambition for the city of Toulouse. The objective of the mission is to integrate the building in its environment bringing together modern architecture, reach high levels in terms of environment, certifications of high performance, make the building agile, logged in, with an optimized and functional approach.
